Hello I’m “LOLA” and I live in Ravenna, Italy . I am cocker spaniel and I am 4 years old. With my owners, Domenico and Romina, I have ridden on a motorcycle since I was 5 months old. I have travelled throughout Italy, France and Austria. We have travelled over 17,000 miles. I ride in a bag that is attached to the fuel tank, it was made especially for me. Before we go on our trips, I put on my goggles that were made in Germany for sledding dogs. I went to Rome twice to see the Vatican and visited with two Popes. With my owners I have a campaign to collect money for stray dogs in my city. I do this by travelling throughout the area with publicity on our motorcycle and with personalized promotional items such as; a calendar, key chains, stickers and pins. These items were done in collaboration with the city administration. During my travels, I went through some of the highest mountain passes in Europe; Stelvio and Gavia, Italy and Glossglockner, Austria, all of which are over 7,800 feet high. I am the official mascot of an important Italian motorcycle magazine “Mototurismo”.
